Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead high-complexity SAP initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project delivery across all phases of implementation.

The selected professional will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, risks, stakeholder communication, and overall execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation and transformation projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate functional, technical and business teams.
• Oversee project execution and ensure successful delivery of milestones.
• Manage communication with stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Ensure quality standards and project governance are maintained.
• Support decision-making processes and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience leading SAP projects.
• Participation in at least 3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Valid SAP Activate Certification (Mandatory).
• Valid Medical Insurance (Mandatory).
• Advanced English (Mandatory).
• Availability to travel within Central America when required.
• Availability to participate in technical and commercial interviews.
• Immediate or short-term availability.
  
  

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar Project Management certifications.
• Experience leading international SAP projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience within large-scale SAP programs.
