WE’RE HIRING: Sales Trainer, B2B Premium Tobacco

Are you a top seller who loves teaching others to sell? Adrian Magnus sells premium tobacco and spirits to retailers and wholesale clients in the U.S., Europe and Asia, and we’re looking for a Sales Trainer to help our outbound B2B team grow.

In this role you’ll sell and coach. You keep your own client portfolio and help new agents become top performers.

What you’ll do
Onboard new agents and get them productive within 3 months
Lead role-plays on our 5-step call, objection handling and consultative selling
Score recorded calls and give one-on-one coaching
Prepare agents for certifications in Product, Objections, Call Quality, and Markets & Compliance
Teach compliance, licence verification and payment procedures
Train the team on HubSpot and pipeline management
Track KPIs and build development plans
Manage your own key accounts

What you bring
3+ years in outbound or telephone B2B sales
2+ years training, coaching or leading sales agents
Proven sales experience in the U.S. market
Fluent English (C1+)
HubSpot or similar CRM, plus call QA and scoring experience
Confident presenter who can deliver a 45-minute live training
Based in Panama with legal work authorization

Nice to have: experience selling premium, luxury, cigar or spirits products, or building a training program from scratch

What we offer
$2,000/month base salary plus 3.5% commission on your own net sales
Total pay from $3,400/month at the trainer sales standard, with no cap
Clear path to Team Supervisor
