Overview:

We're seeking a qualified recruiter to assist in the development of our workforce in Panama.

As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for sourcing top talent through various platforms, including social media and referrals. This role will require you to screen potential candidates through phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person interviews to ensure that we're hiring the best talent to help drive our company's success. You'll also collaborate with management, including C-level executives and other departments, as well as our recruiting department in our headquarters.

Requirements:

• Advanced English level
• 1-3 years of experience recruiting for US based companies
• Excellent cold calling skills
• Knowledge and experience with interviewing and vetted applicants
• Highly motivated by a metrics driven environment
• Background in Human Resources preferred

This is an on-site position, and all applicants must have the ability to work in our office located in the Torre Global Bank.
