Customer Service Representatives (Banking Sector) - On Site

• Advanced English (spoken English will be assessed during the interview process)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• MUST HAVE FULL availability to work rotating schedules between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Sunday through Sunday
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude with empathy and professionalism.

Training Information:
• Start Date: November 30
• Location: Onsite

Production Schedule:
• 48 hours p/week
• Availability to work rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Sunday through Sunday
• One rotating day off during the week

Note: Part-time positions are not available.
