Business Process Architect at BairesDev

In this role, you'll map the business processes behind an application modernization, bridging systems engineering with deep process modeling expertise in a client-facing consulting environment. You'll ensure that as legacy and mainframe-class systems are re-architected into modern cloud platforms, the underlying business processes are clearly understood, documented, and preserved. What You'll Do

• Map business processes related to application modernization initiatives.
• Apply systems engineering principles to understand and document complex technical and business workflows.
• Support consulting engagements through project-based, client-facing delivery.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure accurate process documentation.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in business process mapping.
• Strong background in systems engineering.
• Consulting or professional services background with project-based, client-facing delivery experience.
• Experience with application modernization, re-architecting legacy or mainframe-class systems into modern cloud platforms targeting Java, Go, or .NET.
• Strong requirements gathering skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
