Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity within the business. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify areas where technology can enhance operations, as well as researching and evaluating potential technologies to meet these needs. Additionally, this role will require strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the identification of opportunities to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential applications within the mining industry.
• Develop business cases to support investment decisions related to technology adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that address specific business challenges.
• Manage projects related to technology implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing technology systems and infrastructure.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing technology solutions within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, Python etc.
