Sr Supply Planner

You will drive end-to-end supply planning for a global business by optimizing production schedules, balancing supply and demand, overseeing order fulfillment, leveraging market and production insights, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and continuous supply chain improvements.

Your Role

• Manage end-to-end supply planning activities for a medium business scope, ensuring accurate planning outputs, timely business updates, and alignment with sales and operations planning processes.
• Optimize production schedules, prioritize customer orders, and coordinate supply activities through effective stakeholder engagement and utilization of planning systems.
• Analyze operational inefficiencies, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and develop constrained allocation plans to balance supply and demand across the supply chain.
• Oversee the supply planning process from customer request through order confirmation by leveraging market trends, production performance, supplier inputs, and business requirements.
• Lead the implementation of new planning concepts, systems, and lean processes while managing budgets, schedules, production plans, and supply forecasts to support operational excellence.
  
  

You're The Right Fit If

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis & Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 1 year with a Master’s degree in Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience with supply chain processes, including production planning & scheduling, capacity planning, materials management, inventory management, and purchase order management.
• Strong analytical and business skills, with knowledge of ERP systems, KPI management, scenario planning, continuous improvement, and financial acumen.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role.
