Especialista en Desarrollo, Operaciones y Automatización de Procesos de IT

Promote collaboration, automation, and secure continuous delivery of high-quality software. Improving communication, automating tasks, ensuring stability and performance, and enabling scalability, perform by continuously improving each application development and deployment process.

Work closely with the development (Dev) and operations (Ops) teams to ensure that security is built in from the beginning of the software development lifecycle. Implementing security practices and tools at all stages of development, from planning to implementation and ongoing monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices from the initial stages of development.

Automate security testing and static/dynamic code analysis.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between development, operations and security teams.

Automation of the software delivery process, facilitating continuous delivery.

Infrastructure and configuration management

Monitoring and management of the performance of the pipelines and the infrastructure used.

Safety and regulatory compliance management

Ensure stability, performance and scalability.

Research and adoption of new technologies in a controlled environment.

Automation of candidate tasks in the software life cycle.

Collect and analyze security metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented practices and tools.

Prepare safety reports for management.

Conduct security risk assessments on a regular basis.

Adjust Security Strategies Based On Changing Threats And Vulnerabilities.

Professional Qualification:

BS in Computer Science or Engineering (MS preferred);

Experience in an iterative/agile software development lifecycle;

Experience in DevOps and Scrum methodologies;

Experience in APIs and Webservices development;

Experience in Web based solutions;

Experience in Mobile based solutions;

• Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals, in gathering information and communicating direction;
• Demonstrable skills in algorithm development and problem solving;
• Must be a team player, and have excellent communication skills;
• Attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work;
• Experience with CMS like Drupal and Wordpress.
• Knowledge about APIs and Webservices principles and design standards.
• Experience with Node.js, PHP, Java.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like Cassandra, Couchbase.
