Manager FP&A Controller

LADMAR | Finance | PanamaPurposeDrive the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the country, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with regional and global planning methodologies. This role partners with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes, ensuring clear assumptions, methodologies, and alignment with business objectives.
• Deliver monthly business reviews, providing meaningful analysis of performance, KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with commercial and functional teams to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive profitable and sustainable growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and business initiatives, including the adoption of AI-driven solutions and analytics.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), controlling, or related finance functions.
• Solid financial and business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with planning, forecasting, and reporting tools.
• Curiosity, continuous improvement mindset, and interest in leveraging technology and AI to enhance business processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or FP&A.
• Experience partnering with commercial or business teams is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Experience with planning systems and reporting tools is a plus.
