Senior Product Designer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll design and improve the usability of a complex enterprise product with dense, high-intensity workflows. Leaning heavily on AI design tooling and an established AI-aligned design system, you'll pair closely with UI software engineers for clean, efficient handoff. This is your opportunity to bring product design thinking to a genuinely complex enterprise surface, where AI-first tooling accelerates your process without replacing your judgment.

What You'll Do

• Design and improve usability across complex, high-intensity enterprise product workflows.
• Use AI design tooling to accelerate the design process from concept to handoff.
• Maintain and contribute to the existing design system.
• Pair with UI engineers to ensure clean, efficient design-to-engineering handoff.
• Integrate customer feedback and usability insights into ongoing design improvements.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Experience with AI design tooling such as Lovable or Claude Design.
• Strong experience designing UX/UI for complex enterprise software.
• Experience working within and contributing to design systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience designing dense or intense workflow interfaces.
• iPaaS or enterprise integration domain experience.
• Background in UX research.
• Experience with prototyping.
• Frontend development experience.
