Outreach Analyst | Analista de Outreach (SDR)

We are looking for an Outreach Analyst (SDR) to join our team in Panama City under a hybrid work model. Your main focus will be to create new business opportunities for our Digital Strategy team to close. You will play a key role in helping companies with a strong digital presence achieve their revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule meetings for Digital Strategists with potential clients.
• Maintain and update prospecting lists segmented by industry.
• Attend networking events to generate new business opportunities.
• Obtain recommendations and referrals from existing clients and contacts.
  
  
  

Requirements:

Interpersonal Skills:

• Natural curiosity and a passion for helping people.
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive attitude in making calls and seeking new opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, aligning our services with potential clients’ needs.
  
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot (or similar CRM).
• Experience in solution or service sales using the SPIN methodology.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO and PPC).
• Advanced English are required.
  
  
  

Daily Activities:

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
• Create industry-specific spreadsheets and prospect key market players.
• Participate in networking events.
• Obtain referrals and recommendations from existing clients.

Hybrid (2–3 days per week at the office in Panama City)
