SAP SuccessFactors ECP (Employee Central Payroll) Analyst

Our client is looking for an SSFF EC Payroll Functional Analyst - for a full-time perm position.

Job Summary

The Employee Central Payroll Functional is a key member of the Software and Data Development Team, responsible for the portfolio of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) applications, integrations, and processes. This role plays a vital part in designing, configuring, and supporting payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring regulatory compliance, accuracy, and seamless integration with HR and Finance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and participate actively in the company's payroll processes
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for multiple countries, including payroll schemas, wage types, and infotype management.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, social security, and labor laws in supported geographies.
• Support the configuration and ongoing improvement of Employee Central Time Management and its integration with Payroll.
• Collect, analyze, and document payroll and time data requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and local payroll teams to align payroll configurations with legal and organizational requirements.
• Propose enhancements and automation opportunities to improve payroll accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize payroll processing cycles and payroll calendar alignment.
• Coordinate and monitor support activities with external AMS providers and SAP, ensuring proper incident resolution and change request management.
• Ensure alignment with SLAs, escalate issues as necessary, and track progress on open tickets and enhancements.
• Collaborate with vendors during testing, releases, and implementation cycles.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Professional in Software Engineering or Related Career Paths
• 4+ years’ experience as SFSF EC Payroll Functional Manager, Lead, Payroll Lead or AMS Management related to Payroll Execution
• SAP SFSF EC Payroll Active Certification
• Other Certifications related to SAP SFSF modules is a plus
• Certifications related to Payroll Management is ideal
• Bilingual (advanced English and Spanish)
