We are looking for experienced Senior QA/QC Engineers to lead quality assurance and quality control activities on large-scale construction projects. Candidates may specialize in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines.
Responsibilities
The monthly salary is provided as a fixed compensation package. Accommodation, local transportation, and meals are not provided by the employer and will be the employee's responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA/QC activities across assigned project packages.
- Review engineering documentation and technical drawings.
- Coordinate inspections and testing activities.
- Manage NCRs and corrective actions.
- Monitor project quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers and support project close-out activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working specifically as a QA/QC Engineer.
- Strong construction site experience.
- Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and inspection processes.
- Experience with EDMS and Power BI is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Monthly Salary: Approximately USD $4,330.
- Employer-sponsored UAE Employment Visa.
