Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AWS, React, Python) at BairesDev

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will design and build scalable, end-to-end web applications by combining robust backend logic with dynamic frontend user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to make architectural decisions, establish technical standards, and ensure high-performance execution across the entire software stack.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and development of complex, reliable applications using modern backend and frontend technologies.
• Establish architectural standards and make key technical decisions to ensure system scalability and efficiency.
• Build and optimize secure RESTful APIs and backend services for seamless data handling and integration.
• Create dynamic, responsive, and user-centric frontend interfaces utilizing advanced state management.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native solutions, ensuring stable infrastructure and automated delivery pipelines.
• Mentor team members, participate in comprehensive code reviews, and champion best engineering practices.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Engineering, Software Development, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in advanced Python development and backend API development or automation.
• Proven hands-on experience building web applications using React.
• Solid expertise in cloud deployment and architecture leveraging AWS.
• Strong skills in SQL, data handling, testing, and ensuring code quality.
