About the role We are looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to lead and scale our engineering organization while driving the successful delivery of enterprise software solutions.
This role is ideal for a proven engineering leader who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional people management skills.
You will be responsible for guiding engineering teams, shaping technical strategy, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing software engineering team Establish a culture of accountability, excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement Define engineering standards, best practices, and development workflows Provide technical leadership across architecture, system design, implementation, and release planning Review and validate technical decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability Partner closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to align engineering execution with company priorities Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions Drive engineering execution, sprint planning, estimation, testing, and release processes Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement Reduce technical debt while improving long-term platform health Promote secure software development practices throughout the development lifecycle Support hiring, onboarding, team planning, and engineering capacity management Foster strong collaboration across Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations teams What We're Looking For Strong communication skills in English are a MUST Engineering Leadership Proven experience leading and scaling software engineering teams Strong people management, mentoring, and coaching skills Experience building high-performing engineering cultures Ability to establish accountability, quality standards, and execution discipline Technical Leadership Strong hands-on software engineering background Experience with software architecture, system design, and enterprise application development Ability to review architecture and implementation decisions while guiding engineering teams Experience ensuring software quality, scalability, reliability, and maintainability Backend
