Sales Development Representative (Bilingual – Americas Focus)
We are seeking a disciplined and performance-driven Sales Development Representative to lead executive outreach efforts across the United States and Latin America.
This role is responsible for generating qualified meetings with senior decision-makers and supporting strategic opportunity development throughout the Americas.
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our offices in Panama City.
Responsibilities
Execute structured outbound outreach via email, phone, and professional channels.
Engage senior executives and decision-makers in corporate environments.
Generate and coordinate qualified meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
Conduct account research and identify key stakeholders.
Maintain disciplined CRM tracking and activity reporting.
Support the development and follow-through of strategic engagements.
Requirements
Fluent Spanish and strong professional English (written and verbal).
Prior experience in B2B outreach, sales development, or executive-level engagement.
Confidence interacting with senior professionals.
Strong organizational discipline and follow-up consistency.
Comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
Must work on-site at our Panama City office.
Preferred
Exposure to technology, cybersecurity, or enterprise services.
Experience using CRM systems and structured outreach tools.
Demonstrated success in appointment setting or lead generation.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Universidad
