Job Description Responsable del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la infraestructura del hotel.
Ejecuta reparaciones generales en electricidad, plomería, pintura, carpintería y albañilería.
Garantiza el óptimo estado de habitaciones, áreas públicas y sistemas operativos.
Realiza inspecciones de sistemas críticos para asegurar su funcionamiento seguro.
Gestiona y cierra tickets de mantenimiento en el sistema operativo del hotel.
Apoya en tareas adicionales del área de mantenimiento según necesidades operativas.
Qualifications Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento hotelero.
Conocimientos en electricidad, plomería, pintura y reparaciones generales.
Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos.
Enfoque en estándares de calidad, seguridad y servicio de hotel de lujo.
