Support the accuracy and integrity of Philips' enterprise master data, enabling reliable business operations across finance, supply chain, and commercial functions.

Your role:

• Creating, maintaining, and validating master data records (customer, vendor, material, and/or finance) in our core ERP and data management systems, ensuring compliance with global data governance standards. Your work directly enables accurate reporting, smooth transactional processing, and audit readiness across the business.

• You'll work closely with Master Data Leads, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations stakeholders across multiple regions, partnering daily with peers in our Global Business Services (GBS) hub in Panama City.

• This role offers structured onboarding, exposure to enterprise data governance frameworks (SAP, data quality tools, ticketing platforms), and a clear development path toward Senior Specialist or Data Steward roles within Philips' Master Data organization.

You're the right fit if:

• You have 1+ year of experience in master data management, data entry, data quality, or a related administrative/operational role — internships and academic projects in data management count.

• Your skills include working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables), familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) , and strong attention to detail when handling large data sets.(Preferred / bonus: exposure to ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools, Power BI, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.)

• You have a bachelor's degree (or active final-year studies) in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.

• You're fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken);

• You're an organized, process-oriented team player with clear written communication, comfortable following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets in a high-volume environment.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office role based in Panama City, Panama.
