Netsuite Reporting & Business Analyst

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Reporting Business Analyst who can independently navigate and leverage NetSuite from day one.
This role is focused on data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and business intelligence within NetSuite.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building Saved Searches, custom reports, KPI dashboards, and financial reporting tools that support operational and strategic decision-making.
This is not a data entry or transaction processing role.
We are looking for someone who can analyze business data, identify trends, and develop meaningful reporting solutions for leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities Create, maintain, and optimize NetSuite Saved Searches across multiple business functions.
Develop custom reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards within NetSuite.
Generate and analyze Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) reporting.
Build sales, revenue, customer, and operational performance reports.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs.
Support leadership with ad hoc reporting requests and business analysis.
Recommend process improvements and reporting enhancements to increase visibility and operational efficiency.
