Analista de Logística Jr.

• Coordinates and processes orders and forwards them to the Production Department.
• Reserves inventory on orders.
• Processes orders taking into consideration inventory sites and bins
Creates work orders required for every sales order
• Liberates assemblies when orders are ready as required
• Verifies inventory availability
• Processes PO’s to vendors for items required
• Processes Contract Manufacturing PO’s
• Processes pick tickets and sends them to the warehouse
• Updates dates of arrival of inventory so the Sales Department to have updated information.
• Generate TO’s (transfer orders) as required
• Invoices and sends them to customers including POD’s and BOL’s (as a backup)
• Generates new sales order for Cruise Lines (as a backup)
• Other duties may be assigned.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Universidad
