The Talent Acquisition Manager for Aviation LATAM is responsible for defining and executing a regional talent acquisition strategy aligned with DHL Express RO guidelines. This role oversees end-to-end resourcing processes, ensuring the consistent implementation of recruitment initiatives, systems, and selection frameworks across Aviation. It acts as a key partner to HR Business Partners and Business Managers, providing expertise, tools, and insights to meet current and future workforce needs. Additionally, the position steward's employer branding efforts, manages candidate tracking systems, drives continuous process improvement, and ensures fair, unbiased, and industry aligned recruitment practices that strengthen the talent pipeline and support the long-term success of Aviation LATAMDuties and Responsibilities:
- Create TA Strategy for Aviation LATAM aligned with DHL Express RO guidelines
- Point of contact for Hire Like Never Before and TA related training for HRBPs and stakeholders across Aviation
- Key administrator of AVATURE system for Aviation LATAM
- Ensure consistent implementation of Resourcing initiatives, programs and tools including elements such as assessment and selection frameworks, integration with other processes and budgets
- Ensure maintenance and development of resourcing and candidate tracking systems
- Execute research on recruitment methods and channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Agencies, Universities)
- Explore and contribute recruitment needs, role requirements and sourcing plan with Business Managers and oversee execution of the same
- Ensure processes, policies and approaches are regularly refreshed to remove bias and prevent discrimination
- Oversee effective workforce planning identifying and developing pipeline to meet current and future resourcing and business needs
- Oversee achievement of desired Employer Branding and promote DHL brand
- Support implementation of guidelines and oversee implementation of Graduate /College Recruitment and Internship programs
- Contribute to design frameworks and lead implementation of On-boarding processes and Induction programs
- Resolve issues related to Resourcing, integration of key processes and data analytics
- Keep up to date with industry’s best practices
- Through experience, lead technical recruitment for Aviation roles (technical, operational, or corporate)
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree, Preferred Master's Degree
Experience:
- More than 4 years of direct job related experience
- Previous supervisory experience
Additional Skills and Information:
- Fluent in English
- Training in Talent Acquisition
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for Aviation roles (technical, operational, or corporate)
- This position will be based in Panama
