Senior Cost Manager

The Senior Cost Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate construction cost estimates throughout all project phases, including concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents.
This individual will perform quantity takeoffs, pricing, cost planning, and estimate preparation for both Core Shell and Fit-Out projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong CostX experience , preferably including 3D BIM takeoffs , and be capable of independently scoping, measuring, pricing, and completing full-building estimates with limited oversight.
