Account manager - Híbrido

We are a US-based video editing company expanding its operations in Panama. We are looking for 4 **Account Managers** to become the bridge between our global clients and our talented production team.

**Main functions and responsibilities:
You\'ll be the face of Bride & Groom Video for our clients, making sure every interaction feels seamless, professional, and personal.
- Act as the primary point of contact for videographers and studios abroad.
- Communicate proactively with the clients and editors in the team
- Manage project intake, timelines, and deadlines to keep everything on track.
- Host calls with creative clients from all over the world, bringing energy and clarity to every conversation.
- Organize and store the information and preferences of the clients.

**What we\'re looking for:
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Tech-savvy individuals with advanced internet proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and a passion for understanding and serving clients.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented, with clear and effective communication.

Bonus points if you have experience working with US clients, have lived in the US, or bring knowledge of video production and editing!
