The Customer Excellence Manager is responsible for the Profit & Loss performance of Project Logistics Operations and Customer Service. The primary objective of this role is to drive exceptional customer service quality and maximize profitability by strategically managing key operational workstreams within the team. A critical aspect of the role also includes fostering talent development and mentoring within the organization to build a high-performing, customer-centric culture.

- Providing leadership and guidance to the operational management team
- Ensure the highest customer service quality is given at all times
- Ensure operational efficiencies and continuous improvements
- Ensuring the required staff levels are maintained based on the business and financial requirements
- Provide the strategy and a clear plan for strategy deployment to the operational management team for execution
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management
- Over 4 years of experience in project logistics cargo
- Previous leadership experience
- Advanced English proficiency
