As Senior Manager, Finance Operations you will lead all financial operations for the region, with a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Revenue and Cost Assurance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial efficiency and compliance, while providing strategic insights that support the organization’s goals. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue and cost data.

As Senior Manager, Finance Operations you will lead all financial operations for the region, with a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Revenue and Cost Assurance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial efficiency and compliance, while providing strategic insights that support the organization’s goals. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue and cost data.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize AR processes, including billing, collections, and cash flow management to maximize working capital.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients for billing validation, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and alignment with contracts.
- Develop and implement tailored collections strategies for key clients to improve receivables efficiency.
- Manage AP functions, including invoice coding, processing, and vendor payments.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for AR and AP, focusing on improving cash flow and operational efficiency.
- Take full ownership of AR and AP operations, working closely with the Accounting department at headquarters.
- Oversee bad debt allowance reporting and customer monitoring.
- Ensure timely and accurate tenant billing chargebacks with proper documentation and financial approvals.
- Foster strong client relationships to streamline billing validation and enhance communication.
- Oversee approval workflows for system integrations, ensuring performance, accuracy, and alignment across platforms.
- Manage allocation of ground lease costs among tenants, ensuring accurate billing and compliance with lease terms.
- Collaborate with FP&A to enforce revenue assurance processes and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Lead reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams and cost structures to identify inefficiencies or inaccuracies.
- Analyze the full revenue and cost cycle (contract to cash and vendor payments), identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis of billing, collections, and lease data inconsistencies; lead corrective initiatives.
- Interface with customers and vendors to resolve billing and cost discrepancies and validate market-specific requirements.
- Prepare financial cycle reports, monitor discrepancies, and ensure alignment with contract terms and operations.
- Ensure timely completion of all deliverables related to revenue and cost assurance.
- Collaborate with Accounting, AR, and AP teams to review revenue and cost accruals and adjustments per company policy.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ a talented and diverse group of high performing team members.
- Provide oversight and direction to team members in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members, including overseeing new team member onboarding and providing career development planning and growth opportunities.
- Empower team members to take ownership of their job and goals. Delegate responsibilities as needed and provide routine constructive feedback on performance.
- Create a culture that is consistent with the organization's focus on team member engagement and that aligns with the organization's mission, vision and values.
- Lead team members using a performance management and development focused approach to assist in goal setting, two-way feedback, and performance development planning.
- Lead team members to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with a strong focus on AR and AP management.
- Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory.
- Proficiency with financial systems such as Microsoft Business Central and Job Costing.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and improving AR and AP processes in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
