Visa Managed Services is seeking a highly motivated Manager to support planning and execution of client-facing strategic projects. This key role requires a professional with Project Management skill and an ability to flex between the strategic and the tactical, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, high level of energy, integrity and commitment to get things done in a fast paced and team oriented development environment.
The Visa Managed Services Manager will play a role developing high impact projects for Visa Clients in the Central America and Caribbean region.
The role requires collaboration across functions, different geographies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of quality of the projects a in alignment with the expectations of the Client and the company.
You will be responsible for executing project related activities that drive our partners results. Potential engagements could include the setup and execution of initiatives generally derived from consulting engagements, which include structuring a detailed action plan, building a project governance model, monitoring the execution and activities and giving client stakeholders visibility on progress and improvement opportunities.
Specific duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Team Management: Manage dedicated teams responsible for development and delivery of multi functional execution projects for financial institutions (issuers, acquirers and merchants).
Performance Management & Reporting: Track and measure team performance and projects KPIs. Analyze results, provide insights and foster a virtuous cycle of continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Serve as liaison with functional teams ensuring consistency and collaborative working environment throughout Visa local, regional and global groups.
Product development and implementation: Support VMS team in developing new use cases related to value proposition, product implementation support and technology projects, such as development of new products, implementation of Visa products and services into issuers, acquirers and merchants.
Support clients in efficiently utilizing Visa’s digital products and services, facilitating a seamless and beneficial digital transition.
Build and strengthen the relationship with the clients while delivering the projects

Comprehensive understanding of payment technologies solutions and their application for clients, as well as payment processing systems and card operations.
Ability to fully understand technical architecture, APIS and overall system design
Management skills with demonstrates ability to facilitate product planning, development and user acceptance testing efforts
Experience in working with agile lifecycle is a plus
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Basic Qualifications
•5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2
years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
•Educational background in Computer Science and Engineering, or Industrial
Engineering, Business Management with related experience. MBA is a plus.
•Senior level with demonstrated experience in strategy and project management,
with proven project deliveries and expertise in consulting methodologies
•Proficiency using standard Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Language skills Fluent, proficient in Spanish and English, verbal and written
