Acerca De Nuestro Programa

Nuestro programa de practicantes tiene una duración estimada de 6 a 12 meses, donde estamos buscando estudiantes universitarios que deseen expandir y desarrollar su experiencia uniéndose a nuestro equipo de Atracción de Talento.

Objetivo Del Cargo

Brindar apoyo al área de Reclutamiento y Selección en la atracción, evaluación y vinculación de talento, colaborando en el cumplimiento de los procesos de selección de personal de forma eficiente y profesional.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

• Apoyar en la publicación de vacantes en portales de empleo y redes sociales.
• Revisar y filtrar currículums según el perfil del cargo requerido.
• Contactar a candidatos para coordinar entrevistas y pruebas.
• Asistir en la realización de entrevistas telefónicas o presenciales preliminares.
• Dar soporte en la aplicación y seguimiento de pruebas psicotécnicas.
• Mantener actualizada la base de datos de candidatos y reportes de selección.
• Apoyar en tareas administrativas relacionadas con el área de talento humano.
• Participar en ferias laborales y eventos de reclutamiento si aplica.
  
  

Requisitos

• Estudiante universitario de Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o carreras afines.
• Interés por el área de selección y atracción de talento.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
• Manejo básico de herramientas ofimáticas (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, ser organizado y proactivo.
