We are looking for 2 Client Support Specialists to join our team in our Panama office.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will work directly with a network of independent agents, providing hands-on assistance with campaign setup, performance tracking, and customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience by proactively reaching out, resolving issues, and optimizing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Proactive Outreach:

  • Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback, offer support, and share performance insights with the client
  • Educate the client on campaign optimization opportunities
  • Encourage best practices such as updating licensed states and extending operating hours
  • Host monthly live webinars, learning sessions, and Q&A discussions

Account Setup & Monitoring

  • Assist in configuring filters, automations, bids, and campaign settings
  • Conduct QA checks, including reviewing inbound call recordings for quality
  • Manage and resolve incoming support tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Track lead delivery volumes and enforce caps as needed
  • Process lead return requests and escalate issues when necessary
  • Assist with client billing inquiries, subsidy-related questions, and pricing adjustments
  • Perform research to inform campaign strategies and improve client outcomes

Qualifications

  • Fluent English is a must!
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable making client-facing phone calls
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Major in Business or related fields

It Would Be a PLUS

  • Prior experience in customer service, client support, or account coordination would be a plus!
  • Familiarity with lead generation or digital campaign environments is a plus
