About The Role

We are seeking a QA Engineer & Documentation Support Specialist to join our dynamic product team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. While Quality Assurance will be the primary focus, the position also involves contributing to product documentation and assisting with other tasks that support our product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality and reliability
• Perform both manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and stability of products
• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites to streamline regression and functional testing
• Write, edit, and maintain clear and concise technical documentation, including support articles, release notes, and internal knowledge bases
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Support other product team activities as needed (e.g., process improvement initiatives, product research, user feedback analysis)
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing methods
• Proven experience writing automated tests using .NET NUnit with Selenium
• Familiarity with TestRail as a test management platform
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
  
  

Preferred

• Familiarity with Agile software development processes
• Experience working in a SaaS or tech product environment
• Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
  
  

Schedule: USA Time Zone

Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 USD
