Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and innovative Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle for the hardware and tools category under the Stanley brand. This individual will be responsible for driving product strategy, execution, and evaluation across LATAM markets. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a commercial mindset, and experience working in the ferretería, construcción o canal industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales targets and ensure category profitability across LATAM.
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial team to support deal structuring, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct market research and develop competitive pricing strategies tailored to each country and channel.
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out data, monitor margins, and generate reports to guide decision-making.
  • Coordinate go-to-market strategies for product launches and promotions, ensuring alignment with local sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify trends in the hardware sector, anticipate risks, and uncover new growth opportunities in traditional and modern trade.
  • Manage the product portfolio for the hardware line, including annual catalog updates and lifecycle decisions.
  • Validate product specifications with factories and ensure compliance with operational and quality standards prior to shipment.
  • Support the creation of sales and marketing materials to strengthen in-store visibility and sell-out performance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, trade marketing, or commercial roles within the hardware, construction, or industrial tools industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Advanced communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in demand planning, pricing, and budgeting.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Power BI.
