GLESEC is hiring two entry-level Global Operations Engineers (GOEs) to join our elite international cybersecurity operations team.
What You’ll Do:
As a Global Operations Engineer, you will become part of our 24/7 Global Operations Center, supporting cybersecurity service delivery, platform monitoring, threat detection, incident response coordination, and client support. You will receive structured training through SKYWATCH UNIVERSITY to prepare you for a career in advanced managed security services.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor cybersecurity platforms and services to ensure operational integrity
Respond to alerts and support the initial triage of security incidents
Collaborate with engineers and analysts to escalate and resolve technical issues
Participate in continuous improvement of operations workflows and automation
Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with internal teams and clients
Who You Are:
Based in Panama
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) – mandatory
Hold an Engineering degree in IT, Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
Willing to work flexible hours, including shifts, as part of a global operations team
Ready to start and become proficient in 4 to 6 months
