GLESEC is hiring a Business Development Coordinator to support channel partnerships and direct sales outreach. You will follow up with partners, reach out to prospects in banks, governments, and hospitals, and coordinate meetings for our executive team.
This is an on-site position in Panama City, working closely with leadership. You must be bilingual, organized, and persistent.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with regional partners and schedule meetings
Contact IT and cybersecurity leaders in banks, healthcare, and government
Book sales meetings and track outreach
Support our go-to-market strategy across Latin America and the U.S.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish
2+ years in sales coordination or SDR role
Strong organization and communication skills
Comfortable with email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
