The customer service representative will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, maintaining a professional and customer-friendly manner with each account.
We are looking for people who are:
• Detail oriented
• Provide best-in-class customer service
• Ability to maintain a predictable and consistent full-time work schedule
• Able to work independently as well as on a team
• Strong communication and data entry skills
• Previous Call Center experience in Customer Service is a must.
• Collection’s experience is a plus
Education requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Intermediate advanced English language (written and spoken)
