In this exciting position in our Panama office, you will join our Operations team of 9 dedicated colleagues covering physical operations in many different locations in the Americas. Your primary role will be to support our daily operations with various administrative tasks such as ensuring smooth bunker deliveries, coordinating with local entities, coordinating of loadings in local terminals, generating reports and many other ad hoc tasks. Thus, we expect you to be curious towards our business environment and have a can-do attitude. Areas of focus
• Continuously update NAV with sales orders
• Support the Operations team in coordinating and maintaining the overview of bunker deliveries on a daily basis
• Daily contact with the crews, agents, and terminals
• Send bunkers, loading orders, and job lists to our barges
• Create KPI reports
Your professional skills
• Relevant education within logistics or shipping
• At least 3 years of experience from marine agency operations, terminal operations, vessel Operations or bunkering
• Fluent in both written and oral English (high level) and Spanish
• Professional user of MS-office is a requirement, NAV is a plus
