Brand Building Purchases Specialist

Non-management position

Start date: As soon as possible.

Work schedule: full-time position.

Profile: Experience in procurement, finance operations, or a related field preferred.

Brand Building Purchases is a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly strategic area at the core of enabling impactful marketing initiatives. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support the end-to-end purchase process across the Latin America (LA) market. This role involves strong collaboration and problem-solving skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annual Purchase Plan Management: Act as the Purchase Plan Owner for the LA market measurements, ensuring accurate and timely planning and execution in ServiceNow.
  • Procure-to-Pay Process Support: Provide ongoing support and approvals for Purchase Orders (POs) and PO changes in Coupa, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Vendor Onboarding and Vetting: Lead the vendor vetting process in Aravo, ensuring all third-party partners meet company standards and requirements.
  • Stewardship & Audit Leadership: Act as the point of contact for stewardship initiatives, lead audit processes, and drive audit resolution actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Contract & Agreement Management: Own the process for creating and managing basic agreements:
    • Develop and maintain Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) via WebCC.
    • Create and manage Third Party Agreements (TPAs) as needed to support business operations.

Job Qualifications

  • 2 or 3 years of experience in administrative roles, procurement support, finance coordination, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working with multiple digital tools (e.g., Coupa, ServiceNow, Aravo); training will be provided.
  • Basic understanding of corporate processes and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
