If you are passionate about finance processes, and you are interested in working in a high performance team as an Account Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Technical knowledge: Bachelor's Degree - Finance, accounting, banking or related fields.

If you are passionate about finance processes, and you are interested in working in a high performance team as an Account Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Administering and ensuring compliance with Accounts Receivable processes
- Process daily lockbox receipts cash application system and make necessary account adjustments
- Resolve customer deductions and overpayments via letter, email or telephone call
- Perform cash, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations
- Process credit card transactions and posting
- Assist with statistical reporting on a monthly basis
- Assist in preparation for audits
- Data Collection and Analysis
- Analyze financial and credit information from credit applicants, reviewing payment history, financial statements and assessing repayment capacity and provide recommendations regarding credit approvals or rejections to establish credit limits on new and existing accounts.
Technical knowledge: Bachelor's Degree - Finance, accounting, banking or related fields.
- Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of letters of credit.
- Knowledge of NIFs and IAS, audits.
- Knowledge of the accounting and tax regulations of Latam & CA.
- Experience with ERP system.
- Experience with CRM system, experience with OneCRM/Micrsoft Dynamics is a plus.
