Candidates must be based in Panama, have C1/C2 English level, and 5+ years of experience in customer care, network operations, or service delivery roles.

Essential Qualifications
- Language: Fluency in English (C1/C2) – both verbal and written
- Experience: 5+ years in roles such as customer care, network operations, or client-facing service delivery
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of network infrastructure, telecommunications, and customer service workflows
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms, data analysis, and network monitoring tools
- Familiarity with Genesys, Cisco, AWS Cloud Networking, or ITIL service management
- Background in data & AI within customer care domains
- Strong business communication skills to translate technical concepts into actionable insights
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Translate network metrics, SLAs, and performance indicators into strategic business recommendations.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
- Drive improvements in customer experience and service delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, customer service, and operations teams
