Objetivo Del Puesto

Brindar un soporte de calidad a los clientes residenciales satisfaciendo sus necesidades.

Funciones Principales

• Proveer asistencia técnica de televisión, telefonía e internet a los clientes residenciales.
• Atender las solicitudes del cliente en cuanto a analizar los estados de cuenta y pagos registrados.
• Ofrecer a los clientes la gama de productos con los que cuenta la empresa.
  
  

Requisitos

• 1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente.
• Bachiller culminado.
