The Position

Our customer journey starts with a dream to improve patients lives through Diagnostic Technology. That dream is developed and becomes an idea.

Our Project Manager's resposibility is to work with internal stakeholders and external clients to create a process to bring that idea to life ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Opportunity:

• Leading or being part of project teams ensuring clear roles and responsibilities and resource assignment to the project plan deliverables
• Effectively managing stakeholders through the establishment of key relationships and developing an understanding of their organizations
• Generating, maintaining and tracking an accurate and realistic project plan, project risk and issue log and ensuring the project status is timely and transparent
• Manages and prioritizes the project stream, working with internal stakeholders to determine project and deployment definition and business requirements
• Ensures that project steps are in alignment with customer expectations and objectives, on time, within budget and according to project standards and methods
• Drives project execution, identifying and mitigating risks
• Manages status reports and presentations for customers and leaders as needed, including budget analysis, resource allocations, etc
• Identifies and promotes best practices within the different teams to ensure customer experience improvement
• Provides support to optimize the delivery of backlog items and strategic initiatives
  
  

Who you are:

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering
• Experience 7+ in Project Management or equivalent compentence developed through experience
• Certification in Project Management is a plus
• Ability to motivate and lead a project team or team members if required
• Knowledge and Experience in Agile Methodologies or SCRUM
• Knowledge and Experience managing a Project Scheduling tool
• Advanced - English & Spanish
• Ability to travel regulary (around 30% of the time)
