Responsable de la validación y calificación de procesos que impactan la calidad, seguridad y eficiencia de los productos farmacéuticos. Esto incluye métodos analíticos, microbiológicos, procesos de manufactura, empaque, limpieza, y sistemas críticos de apoyo.

Educación: Profesional universitario en Farmacia, Química, Biología o carreras afines.

Propósito del Puesto
Responsable de la validación y calificación de procesos que impactan la calidad, seguridad y eficiencia de los productos farmacéuticos. Esto incluye métodos analíticos, microbiológicos, procesos de manufactura, empaque, limpieza, y sistemas críticos de apoyo.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Ejecutar validaciones analíticas conforme al Plan Maestro de Validación (PMV).
- Gestionar protocolos de validación y transferencias de métodos analíticos.
- Coordinar investigaciones relacionadas con procesos de validación y calificación.
- Apoyar en el diseño de planes de muestreo para estudios de estabilidad.
- Elaborar y revisar procedimientos estándar (SOPs) relacionados a validación y transferencia de métodos.
- Asegurar el mantenimiento del estado validado de metodologías analíticas y microbiológicas.
- Cumplir con normas de calidad (GMP, QMS), regulaciones locales/internacionales (INVIMA, DIGEMID, FDA, ICH), y estándares corporativos.
- Dar seguimiento a CAPAs asignadas y participar en proyectos de mejora continua.
- Fomentar la cultura de cero accidentes, defectos y desperdicios.
Educación: Profesional universitario en Farmacia, Química, Biología o carreras afines.
Experiencia:
- Mínimo 3 años en la industria farmacéutica.
- Al menos 1 año en funciones similares.
- Validación de métodos analíticos y microbiológicos.
- Requisitos regulatorios: GMP, QMS, WHO, FDA, ICH, INVIMA, DIGEMID.
- Herramientas: MS Office, SAP, BPCS, análisis estadístico.
- Procesos de manufactura y automatización de equipos industriales.Idiomas:
- Inglés recomendado 70% (oral y escrito).
