The Sales Specialist is responsible for providing the sales team with the information, content, and tools necessary to enhance sales effectiveness. This role involves analyzing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring proper execution of commercial initiatives to drive business growth.

- Establish, analyze, and interpret sell-in and sell-out strategies for each category, item, country, and assigned client, considering product, pricing, market trends, and promotions.
- Conduct sales floor analysis to assess product placement, competitive positioning, and market opportunities through Line Reviews, in-store evaluations, and website reviews.
- Monitor and track new orders, product registration, client website updates, product shipments, and in-store availability.
- Develop proposals for new products, both for specific projects and regular sell-in strategies.
- Coordinate weekly or biweekly sales meetings to review model performance in various client stores, assess sales floor dynamics, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure sales targets are met at the category, client, and country level.
- Develop pricing calculators for new offers to clients.
- Weekly PSI and Line Review reports.
- Monthly Line Review and Step-Up reports.
- Order templates for client product requests.
- Product proposal templates.
- Sales reports and performance analyses.
- Country-specific pricing calculator templates upon request.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.
- 23 years of experience in sales analysis, marketing strategy, new order monitoring, and quarterly results-driven initiatives.
- Experience in SWOT analysis and business performance evaluation.
- Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
