As a Media Executive, you can make a significant impact on the company by:
- Support in the approval, planning and execution of media plans by campaign and formats such as: OOH, magazines, TV, cinema, etc.
- Review and follow up on the digital implementation per campaign for fragrance, beauty, fashion, and watches & fine jewelry.
- Provide strategic point of view according to brand guidelines to ensure premium and high-quality implementation for all media touchpoints.
- Ensure billing procedures run timely and smoothly
- Aid in the proofread and revision of contracts and agreements
- Conduct research to collect valuable data for media
- Ensuring that media investments are executed effectively, you can drive better ROI and ensure that campaigns are delivered within budget and on time.
- Leveraging performance data to continuously refine and improve media strategies will enhance the effectiveness of campaigns, resulting in higher engagement and visibility for the brand.
- Managing relationships with agencies and vendors effectively, you ensure smooth execution and high-quality media outputs, which will directly contribute to the success of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (local and regional) to drive impactful campaigns.
- Contributing to brand visibility and overall business success
- Optimizing media performance and driving measurable results
- Staying ahead of industry trends and implementing innovative strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and media agency
- Continuously learning and adapting in the evolving media landscape
- Working in a dynamic environment, being the guardian of the brand’s equity in the digital and physical spectrum.
- Finding innovative ways engage audiences across different platforms.
- A deep understanding of media channels, formats, and platforms, with the ability to craft and execute impactful media strategies that align with brand objectives (Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Team Coordination, Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing).
- Strong organizational skills to ensure that all media campaigns are executed flawlessly, with an eye for quality and adherence to brand standards.
- 3+ as a social media specialist, demonstrated ability to communicate (verbally and in writing), present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the business.
- You are fluent both in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or any related field. Master level appreciated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with great presentation skills
- Demonstrable skills in Analysis Tools, Power Bi and project management.
- Strategic thinking
- Must be someone organized, resourceful, analytic, with numerical ability, and problem-solving oriented, with a clear communication, planning and decision-making skills.
- Tackle high-profile campaigns with innovative solutions, expanding your ability to think strategically and adapt in a dynamic environment
- A deepened understanding of consumer behavior across different regions and product categories, particularly in luxury and premium sectors.
