What are the main responsibilities of this role?

  • Reducing failures that are related to equipment reliability, reducing cost of failure and increase profitability by developing and
  • implementing condition-based maintenance strategies based on asset criticality and failure history,
  • Develop route-based condition monitoring program for terminals based on reliability and bad actors analysis and implement the CBM program in the terminal CMMS
  • Design and automate condition monitoring application for digitalized equipment, using data analytics to identify unhealthy conditions and trigger maintenance actions.
  • Contributing in the creation and implementation of standard processes & procedures to enhance maintenance practices, condition monitoring and reliability improvement.
  • Monitor component conditions through online dashboards, proposing measures to improve equipment reliability and availability by proactive communication with terminals.
  • Developing advanced root cause analysis report focused on problem-solving techniques: FMECA/FMEA, cause mapping, life data analysis.
  • Support Reliability engineers with CBM analysis to detect critical failures using condition monitoring, aiming to implement datadriven.
  • maintenance routines and improve equipment reliability through data leverage.
  • Support Reliability Engineers with data-driven root cause analysis for equipment issues through asset condition and health assessment.

What are we looking for?

  • Engineering degree (Master or Bachelor) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of asset management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in roles relevant to reliability engineering and condition monitoring.
  • Proficiency in condition monitoring techniques: Vibration analysis, Ultrasound, Infrared thermography, oil analysis, NDT.
  • Experience in developing and implementing condition-based maintenance program through reliability and cost benefit analysis,
  • Result-oriented with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Experience in developing data-driven condition monitoring solution using online sensor data, IIoT, Data Analytics and prognosis models for predictive/prescriptive maintenance.
  • Practical experience in performing life data Analysis, risk of failures calculations, FTA, FMEA/FMECA.(Fault tree analysis, Failure mode and effect analysis, failure mode effect and criticality analysis)
  • Sound knowledge and experience of data-driven predictive maintenance, predictive analytics using machine learning, prognosis, and health management.
  • Strong ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to influence and drive change.
  • Self-motivator, who is comfortable traveling as per business needs.
