Policy Servicing Executive

- Monitoring movements with the insurance company.
- Review policy issuance.
- Request policy corrections if necessary.
- Make records in the system and share the policy with the client.
- Analysis, review, and dispatch of general policy documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service and administrative transactions.
- English proficiency (Bilingual).
- Excellent social skills and positive attitude that will allow us to continue to create a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Service oriented attitude to resolve customer concerns.
- Ability to learn quickly to adapt to a company that is innovative in processes and effective tools that offer solutions to our clients.
- Motivated and self-starter to help continue to grow and innovate in our operations and interactions.
