Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies that support the company's mission and goals in coding education for kids.
- Oversee and manage all operational departments, including curriculum development, instruction, marketing, and customer service.
- Ensure efficient utilization of company resources to deliver high-quality educational programs.
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive operational efficiencies across all programs and initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, educators, and community partners.
- Ensure the financial stability and growth of the organization through effective budgeting and resource allocation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Proven experience as a COO or similar operational leadership role, preferably in the education or edtech sector.
- Strong background in strategy development and execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results.
