The planning process takes into account vessel stability, safety, and an

efficient yard and vessel operation.

Yard Planning is controlling and planning the complete yard process in

order to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency with due

consideration to vessel and inter-modal operations.

We are currently looking for the best talent to Maintenance Planning Expert. In this role you will play a vital role in our success. You're going to be supporting the global asset maintenance planning in AM program definition and continuous improvement, learning and building relationships with colleagues in other units. What are the main responsibilities of this role?

• Contribute to overall reliability and production throughput by defining and improving maintenance program
• Develop multi-year plans including refurb./overhauls, asset replacement and redundancies and prepare maintenance budget and resource forecasts
• Contribute to strategic plans for development of APMT’s terminal assets and identify local opportunities to reduce OPEX and CAPEX costs
• Enforce standard best practice and full utilisation of IFS CMMS system
• Monitor and advise on the best practice use of IFS for work management, inventory management, work history records and maintenance analytics.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Maintenance experience 4+ years in relevant roles
• Experience and understanding of AM planning metrics, principles, its processes and requirements
• Engineering degree
• Extensive maintenance planning experience based on digital data received from the CMMS and other systems
• Knowledge in reliability improvement techniques (e.g., FMEA) to transfer improvements to maintenance program
• Excellent organization skills, especially for planning
• Practical, planning capabilities, ready to improve and challenge the status quo
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence
• Experience in Lean – Six Sigma
